Hazel Bainbridge

In today’s fast paced world, the pressure to perform and measure up feels relentless. Always on, juggling demands, our capacity wears thin. Thoughts tumble over each other, we push harder for less return — and it steals our joy and vitality, potentially leading to illness and burnout. My aim is to give you space to breathe and gain perspective. By coaching with the body in mind, we’ll go beyond trying to ‘think’ your way into change. You’ll learn to tap into your body’s intelligence, release blocked energy, and build resilience from the inside out. By embodying the changes you want, you’ll feel empowered to move forward with relaxed intention and purposeful action.

Ways to Work with Me

career and personal development

Executive & Career Coaching

Executive coaching provides a non-judgemental, confidential space to test ideas, explore options and gain clarity on what really matters. It’s especially useful when navigating transitions, complexity or career decisions.

Key to sustainable leadership is a sense of meaning. Without it everything else is compromised – health, relationships, motivation, even our sense of self. Coaching with me is grounded in wellbeing and empowering clients to choose balance over burnout.

Late Discovered Autism / ADHD

Finding out later in life that you are neurodivergent brings a mixed bag of emotions from relief and celebration to grief and disorientation.

I blend my background in coaching people through change with lived experience to help you make sense of it, develop self-awareness and build a more authentic future.

Coaching Supervision

This is a space for critical reflection on practice and is available 121 or in small groups. Regular supervision supports continuous improvement enabling the coach to develop their own reflective practice, tend to their wellbeing and sense check ethical & boundary issues.

My Approach

line

Often people come to coaching because they feel stuck, need direction and have a desire to change. Having worked with hundreds of people, I’ve learned that cognitive approaches only go so far – we can understand the issue but still fail to shift the blocks and habitual patterns held in our body.

An embodied approach pays attention to how our inner experience shapes how we express ourselves – our being.   It shows up through our language, posture, sensation, breath and movement. By listening deeply to these signals and rhythms, we raise our self-awareness, expand emotional range and open new possibilities for action and meaningful change.

Partnering with nature is integral to how I work, including coaching outdoors, combined with yoga inspired practices to strengthen the body–mind connection and relax the nervous system.

This is grounded in a strength-based approach and underpinned with a broad range of knowledge and experience including training in NLP, the neuroscience of change and embodied transformation.
